INTECH Park
Schneider Geomatics designed over 5,000 feet of new three and four lane curbed roadway, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers for this 210-acre office park located on the northwest side of Indianapolis.
This project was on a fast track and Schneider Geomatics was able to design and prepare documents for the public bid letting process within four months of receiving the notice-to-proceed from the client. Schneider Geomatics' transportation engineers converted an existing tee intersection at Marsh Road & 71st Street, adding a new traffic signal, turn lanes and a new approach for the park.
Additionally, Schneider Geomatics designed a two-lane roundabout that separates the retail area of the development from the office buildings. The roundabout is recognized as one of the landmark features of the park.
