Terms and Conditions
Attendees may cancel their class registration preceding the scheduled class start date.
Classes are subject to cancelation if class enrollment is insufficient. You will be notified ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled class start date if the class is canceled. You may contact us at 1.866.973.7100 x7397 if you have any questions.
Desktop 10 can and may be substituted with Desktop II or III/Geogear. In the event of a substitution, attendees will be notified at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled class start date.
No refunds will be issued for attendees who do not show up for the class.
Attendees are eligible for refunds up to ten (10) business days preceding the scheduled class start date. For credit card refunds, the full price of the class minus a 5% administrative fee charge will be refunded.
Payment can be made via:
Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (contact 866.973.7100 ext. 7220 for payments)
Utilize training seats from a support agreement.
Utilize consulting days from a support agreement.
Invoices after the class.
Attendee(s) agrees to make payment using one of the above listed methods to The Schneider Corporation either prior to or within 30 days of the scheduled class attendance date.
